Order Cancellation Policy

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request

1. Call us at 1-337-273-2632 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and mail your package(s) to the address that is on your invoice.

2.Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt.

3.The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the topleft of the package being returned.

4.Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative. You are responsible for shipping costs of sending product back.

5.Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be issued a refund. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Upon receipt of product return,or on orders which are refused at delivery,after all assessed applicable fees - including the return fee(if applicable), our incurred shipping fees(sending original order out) and a 15% restocking fee. a refund will be sent to the original address that product was sent.
